I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, cozy, and spacious enough for my family. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to our needs, however, we did face a few issues such as a malfunctioning phone and slow Wi-Fi. The location was convenient, being just across from the mall, but it felt a bit far from the main attractions. Overall, it was a decent value for money, but a few upgrades would make it even better.
